One of Campus Promotions' significant strengths is having reliable, direct access to the student market. We take advantage of this by trying to learn more and more about the behaviors and patterns of our fellow students. To this extent, we offer extensive market research solutions.

We offer two services when it comes to market research: focus groups and survey analysis. Because both of these services can be so meticulous and tweaked to meet a particular need, we request that all clients conference with us before enacting anything.
Focus Groups

Focus Groups are small groups of people, usually with one or two facilitators, that survey beliefs, perceptions and opinions about a particular product or service. The intimate setting of focus groups allows for in-depth conversation, while still gaining several different insights and perspective into a matter.

Campus Promotions offers several different kinds of focus groups, and is very flexible with their overall construction. We will work with you to meet your specific needs. You will be in charge for the entire duration of the session, even if you choose not to facilitate the meeting.

Survey Analysis

Surveys can be the most effective method of learning more about demographic information for a group. They are also great indicators of product awareness, enthusiasm, and opinion.

Campus Promotions formulates surveys with tremendous thought and provides nothing less than the most thorough data analysis and suggestions.

We recommend using our Survey Analysis service if you are a newer company or if you are looking to strategically revamp your marketing campaign. Campus Promotions will ensure that your survey is mass-distributed and gets as much exposure as possible.


Our Surveys

Our typical survey will consist of 15 standard questions to be distributed to the Cornell student body. Surveys will be distributed through an assortment of networking methods, such as campus list-servs. We highly recommend offering an incentive for survey completion. This may take the form of randomly selecting a participant for a cash reward, although the specifics will be your decision.

Upon completion of the survey, Campus Promotions will perform a comprehensive data analysis, complete with relevant suggestions and advice for next steps. Many of our clients choose to continue with our Consultative Marketing services.
